WEEK 2: Practice the Clear and Create formula for new mental conditioning and a path to your success. New choices will be discussed for body/mind balance.
WEEK 3: Reinforce your new mental conditioning with positive affirmations and self-hypnosis techniques to create a vision of your desired goal for lasting results.
WEEK 4: Finish with a personalized recording to take home for daily use to reaffirm the vision of the best version of yourself, filled with the Joy of Living!
